where?
in retrospect.... there are several things one oughta consider when trusting others.... will they treat you with the same respect and honor that you attribute to them? will they love you like a friend? will they acknowledge you in every setting? will they go out of their way to be conscientious of you and your concerns? will they let you speak about yourself and really listen? will they be a shoulder to cry on when needed? to many times in life these kind of people are rarely found. I have found that most people are self absorbed and only want to talk about themselves. and if you bring up any subject htat is YOU orienttated... thay simply have no time to listen.... where have the good old days gone when there were good lod friends?
concherto
my daughter's concert was canceled the other night due to a power failure. what a relief. we had a cool hair style planned that is not possible without power.
mirror
so looking closely at my son's graduation photo I noticed his smile is just like my dad's. mentioned it to my mom who was skeptical until we took a photo of my dad when he was 20 (my son is 18) and compared. the smile the nose and the chin are my dad's. coincidental, this particular son is named after my dad. both names!

I'm going to learn how to paint. I think. If I have the time. I'm going to school and working and keeping up with kids. not any free time. maybe my mom can teach me to oilpaint some saturday. Robert thinks I should just watch that guy on tv.
knap time!
robert is bored of carving. he is now knapping. that is when you take obsidian and chip peices off tomake arrowheads and spears. he has joined a club that meets thursdays in lewiville. we planted part of our garden saturday. cross our fingers. Robert loves the outdoors and does much out there.
busy bee
right now Christapher is the assistant branch clerk as well as a branch missionary. he goes to institute each week and FHE..he also attends service projects. he is very busy. . he is our comical clown. he loves playing pranks and having a good time. he takes care of me well. he loves hiding in the dark to scare people. he gets that from me. he also has a very spiritual side to him that some don't see. his testimony is special.
gentle giant
David is graduating in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we're so excited he's going to be made and elder as well. david is 6'1" tall -- skinny and muscular. he can jump 17 feet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he is very smart and mechanically minded. and very tender hearted. he takes care of us. he is also (wait for it.....)the only kid no other kids fights or argues with. he is a true peaceful person.
smarty pants.
Steven is so tall now. everyone calls him Christapher's twin. they look like 2 peas in a pod. steven is our " computer fix this problem kid." he is so smart. he's very mechanically minded as well. he likes to say"what are you doing sir" wether your a sir or not. he meows at the cat and Rebbeca. it's so cute he likes jokes but not to prank people. and the biggest brag of all... he escorts me around like I'm somebody. the whole hand on the arm thing.
goldilocks
well my daughter gets her cast off tomorrow. yes she broke her arm again. this time her cast is neon green. but they did'nt encases her elbow this time. she is so siked. she is taller too. when we wear heels, she's taller than me. when she wears heels and I don't she's taller than me. go figure. we are finding cute things to do with her long hair. one is long ringlets with flowers scattereed in her hair interwoven in the curls. another is a twisted braid. very simple and very complicated looking. her serious crush moved and is no longer serious! ya! unfortunately there are plenty of other guys who like her a lot. her freckles are springing out too. her hair is so pretty. I did a french roll (not twist) yesterday and her hair looked so elegant.
